New Projects from Cathy Heck Studio’s CathyLoo Brand

Austin, TX – Cathy Heck Studio, will be showcasing their expanded design offerings at Surtex in New York, May 19-21. Well-known in the industry for juvenile collections, they will be featuring several new themes this year alongside fresh Christmas offerings available for paper, home decor and gift.

Over the last year, under their new CathyLoo brand, the studio released seven new fabric collections with David Textiles, and will debut three more at Quilt Market this May. The Littlebury Collection, shown here, was picked up for Spotlight stores in Australia, and the PeekABoo-I-Love-You collection, a bright, fun flannel group, just hit stores this month. Cathy and Ellen have also enjoyed working withPlaid Enterprises on six themed needlecraft collections, which debuted at CHA in January, under the CathyLoo brand.

After Surtex last year, Cathy and Ellen, a mother-daughter design team, participated in the Licensing Show in June, Quilt Market in October, and QuiltCon in February. They are looking forward to continued excellent relationships with their existing clients in this coming year, and at Surtex, will be looking for new partnerships in home décor, gift, bath, seasonal, books, and toys.
